How GaigaNow built a digital platform that serves grassroots creatives across Southeast Asia.
The situation
A community-building mission that needed a digital platform to match its ambition.
GaigaNow was connecting grassroots creative practitioners informally — through social channels, manual coordination, and personal networks. The platform needed to exist: a digital home that could serve diverse creative communities across different countries, languages, and contexts, while still feeling like it belonged to each of them.

What we did
Platform UX, design, and a digital architecture built for community diversity and scale.
We ran a discovery process across GaigaNow's existing community — understanding the different types of practitioners using the platform, their distinct needs, and the contexts in which they were accessing it. We designed a UX architecture that could serve diverse community types without forcing them into a single experience. The visual design balanced professionalism with the accessible, informal warmth that grassroots creative communities respond to.
The results
GaigaNow now has the digital infrastructure its community mission always needed — a platform that serves different creative practitioners, in different countries and contexts, without forcing them all into the same experience.
