Overview
From a dated community sports page to a fully modern digital home with the infrastructure to grow, engage, and reach more of East London.
East London Community Sports Association (ELCSA) needed more than a website refresh they needed a digital platform capable of representing the full breadth of their community work. Operating as Sports Hub E15, the organisation had outgrown its existing online presence and had a new logo ready but needed a website that could bring the rebrand to life and serve multiple clubs, facilities, and events properly. Noran Design led the digital rebranding, building a new site matched to the new identity, advised on PitchBooking integration for facility bookings, and secured a Google Ad Grant providing $10,000 per month in free advertising extending the organisation's reach without adding to its marketing budget.

Challenge
A growing community organisation held back by a digital presence that couldn't keep up.
Sports Hub E15 had a genuine and active community behind it but its website told a different story. With a GTmetrix Grade E, 55% performance score, and an LCP of 8.0 seconds, the site was slow, difficult to navigate, and lacked the content depth to represent its clubs, facilities, and events properly. The rebrand to ELCSA was an opportunity to reset building a digital platform that matched the organisation's ambition and gave community members a reliable place to find information, book facilities, and stay connected.

Solution
Digital rebrand, rebuild, and extended reach through Google Ad Grant.
Working from ELCSA's new logo, we led the digital rebranding translating the new identity into a fully built website with a modern visual language and a rich CMS structure for clubs, facilities, and events. We visited the site in person to capture original photography, ensuring the new site reflected the real character of the spaces and community it represents. Facility booking was integrated via PitchBooking on our recommendation, giving members a direct, friction-free route to reserving pitches and spaces. We also supported the application for Google's Nonprofit Ad Grant securing $10,000 per month in free advertising to extend ELCSA's reach across East London.
