ChatDaddy is a Hong Kong-based automation platform used by over 2,000 organizations across industries. Their tools streamline workflows, integrate third-party apps, and increasingly leverage AI to solve business challenges. With a developer community of over 30,000 and growing global reach, ChatDaddy is evolving into a world-class AI-powered platform.

The Challenge

As ChatDaddy scaled, it faced the challenge of communicating its complex feature set to a broad, often non-technical audience. The existing website didn’t clearly articulate its value across industries, and the user experience was too fragmented. Internally, the team sought to accelerate product development and launch new AI initiatives — particularly in healthcare — while also preparing to scale the product team and operations.

The Solution

We led a strategic redesign of ChatDaddy’s website to better communicate its value. The new site introduced clear content architecture, industry-specific use cases, and interactive storytelling to highlight key platform benefits. In parallel, we restructured user flows and refined features through hands-on UX design and testing — making the interface more intuitive for first-time users.

In collaboration with HKU researchers and medical professionals, we helped conceptualize and design a 24/7 medical AI consultation agent — preserving expert knowledge while delivering scalable patient support. We also explored broader AI use cases and designed user-friendly UI for AI-driven tools. Internally, we implemented scalable product workflows, improved cross-team coordination, and supported the expansion of the product team.

The Impact

The new website dramatically improved ChatDaddy’s ability to communicate with enterprise clients and developers alike. UX enhancements made the platform more accessible to non-technical users. The launch of the medical AI agent expanded ChatDaddy’s reach into healthcare and opened new verticals for growth. Operationally, the company saw an 82% increase in team efficiency and grew its product team by 50%, positioning itself for long-term, scalable success in the automation and AI space.
