The Client

ChatDaddy is a Hong Kong-founded automation platform empowering over 2,000 organizations and a community of 30,000+ developers. With a strong foothold in Malaysia and Southeast Asia, the company offers workflow tools, enterprise-grade integrations, and rapidly growing AI capabilities. As it scales globally, ChatDaddy is evolving into a modern, AI-driven platform with ambitions to lead in the future of business automation.

The Challenge

As ChatDaddy matured, it needed a brand identity that reflected its technical depth, global ambitions, and evolving product suite. The existing brand no longer captured the innovation and scale of the platform — particularly as it expanded beyond WhatsApp to support multiple channels and complex enterprise use cases.

Internally, ChatDaddy was also preparing to launch new AI-driven products, especially in healthcare, while growing its product team and streamlining operations. The challenge was twofold: evolve the brand to match its future-facing vision, and build internal systems to support growth.

The Solution

We led a full rebrand to position ChatDaddy as a design-forward, AI-powered global platform. The new identity balances clarity with energy — combining sharp typography, vibrant accent colors, and a scalable design system that works across cultures and platforms.

Blauer Nue (Roman) and 汉仪雅酷黑 (Chinese) were selected as the primary typefaces, reflecting the brand’s modern, cross-border identity. The visual system captures ChatDaddy’s innovation while ensuring legibility across languages, screen sizes, and formats.

On the product side, we partnered with researchers and doctors at HKU to design a 24/7 medical AI consultation agent — providing accessible patient support while preserving expert medical knowledge. Beyond healthcare, we helped explore new AI applications and crafted intuitive interfaces for AI tools across sectors.

To scale ChatDaddy’s product team, we implemented operational workflows, improved cross-functional coordination, and helped onboard new talent — laying the groundwork for efficient product delivery at scale.

The Impact

The rebrand marks a new chapter for ChatDaddy — one aligned with global expansion, enterprise credibility, and AI leadership. The medical AI agent opened doors to new industry verticals, while UX and product enhancements made the platform more accessible and competitive.

Internally, the company experienced an 82% boost in team efficiency and grew its product team by 50%, reinforcing its readiness for long-term success.
