How ChatDaddy built a brand and growth platform that scaled their WhatsApp automation business internationally.
The situation
A fast-growing product scaling into new markets with a brand that had not kept up.
ChatDaddy had grown quickly in Asian markets on the strength of its product and word of mouth. But entering new markets required a brand that could communicate credibility and professionalism to buyers who did not already know the product. The existing visual identity and website were not ready for that conversation — they looked like a startup product, not an enterprise-ready platform.

A repositioned brand, redesigned website, and a digital presence built for international market entry.
We repositioned ChatDaddy's brand for an international audience — clarifying the core value proposition, defining the tone of voice, and building a visual identity that communicated the confidence and reliability enterprise buyers expect. We redesigned the website around the buyer journey for each market segment: the messaging, the proof points, and the calls to action all mapped to the specific concerns and decision criteria of international buyers.
The results
ChatDaddy went from a product with a startup-level brand to a platform with the credibility to enter new international markets confidently. The brand now works as hard as the product in new conversations.
