ChatDaddy is a Hong Kong-founded automation platform empowering thousands of organisations and a large developer community across Southeast Asia and beyond. As the platform expanded beyond single-channel automation and accelerated its AI capabilities, Noran Design partnered with the team to redefine its brand, enhance product experience, and build operational systems to support long-term growth.

As ChatDaddy matured, its existing identity no longer reflected its technical depth, expanding feature set, or global ambitions. In parallel, the company was preparing to launch new AI-driven products, expand into multi-channel automation, and scale its internal product team requiring clearer UX, stronger positioning, and streamlined workflows.
Solution

We led a full rebrand to position ChatDaddy as a modern, AI-powered global platform with a scalable design system adaptable across cultures and channels. On the product side, we designed intuitive UX for new AI-powered tools and partnered with medical researchers to develop a 24/7 AI consultation agent. To support growth, we implemented structured workflows, improved cross-team collaboration, and conducted an intensive three-week on-site product workshop in Malaysia to accelerate innovation and development.
