How The Oneness Gallery built international credibility and exhibited across four cities in one year.
The situation
A genuinely distinctive vision, without the brand presence to open the doors it deserved.
Without a clear visual identity and professional digital presence, the gallery was finding it difficult to access the institutional relationships, collector networks, and venue partnerships that would allow it to grow to the scale its programme deserved. The work and the vision were already there. The infrastructure to support them was not.

What we did
Brand strategy, visual identity, digital presence, and an ongoing international partnership.
We ran a full brand strategy process — identifying the gallery's positioning, its primary audiences (collectors, institutional partners, artists), and the singular idea that would anchor everything. We designed a complete visual identity system: wordmark, colour palette, typography, and design principles that could be applied consistently from exhibition catalogues to venue signage. We designed and built the gallery's digital home — a site that communicates the quality and intention of the programme. Since then, we have remained as an ongoing partner: supporting exhibition launches, advising on positioning, and helping the gallery navigate new international opportunities.
The results
The Oneness Gallery went from a vision without infrastructure to a gallery with the brand, the digital presence, and the institutional standing to pursue an international programme. Four cities in year one was the outcome of getting the foundations right.
