What is the minimum commitment?

We ask for a three-month minimum to allow enough time to understand your business properly and deliver meaningful results. Most clients stay considerably longer. Month-to-month flexibility is available after the initial period.

What is the investment?

Retainers start from £1,200 per month for ongoing design support. The Growth Partner tier starts from £3,500 per month. The Embedded Partner tier starts from £6,000 per month. All require a three-month minimum commitment.

How It Works

Step 01 — Onboarding We spend the first two weeks getting deeply familiar with your business — goals, team, current state, and priorities. This isn't a generic onboarding form. It's a real working session.
Step 02 — First Month We establish rhythm — regular touchpoints, communication norms, and the priority areas we're focusing on. You start seeing output within the first two weeks.
Step 03 — Ongoing Monthly strategy sessions set priorities. Work happens between sessions. Monthly summaries keep everything visible and accountable. Scope adjusts as your business evolves.
Step 04 — Review Every quarter we review whether the engagement is delivering what you need. We adjust scope, focus, or intensity based on where the business is and what it needs next.
