Redesigning a digital presence for global influence.
One World Trust is a UK-based charitable organisation working at the forefront of global governance, with strong ties to the UK Parliament and consultative status at the United Nations ECOSOC. As its research and advocacy continued to grow in reach and importance, Noran Design partnered with the organisation to create a modern, accessible digital platform that could reflect its mission, credibility, and real-world impact.
Challenge

The previous website failed to communicate the organisation’s influence and made it difficult for users to find key programmes, research, and initiatives. Accessibility barriers, outdated design, and an inflexible CMS limited engagement and burdened volunteers. Donation pathways and partner visibility were also unclear and underutilised.
Solution
A strategic, accessible digital platform.
We redesigned the website from the ground up with a new information architecture centred around the organisation’s core programmes in AI Governance, Environmental Governance, and Global Governance. Each programme now has dedicated spaces for reports, case studies, and outcomes. The platform was built to WCAG standards with responsive design, strong contrast, and assistive features, alongside a powerful yet intuitive CMS. Clear engagement pathways were integrated for donations, newsletters, and partnerships.
