The Client

ADHD Aware is a Brighton-based charity providing resources, training, and support groups for adults with ADHD, as well as their families and partners. As a trusted voice in the neurodiversity space, the organization serves thousands each year while working to raise awareness and advocate for inclusive mental health solutions.

The Challenge

The charity required reliable, high-performance infrastructure to support their rapidly growing community. With over 495,000 annual web visitors and more than 75 sessions run annually, they needed robust systems for hosting, event management, and communication. Their small team — composed largely of volunteers — also needed simplified tools to manage operations. In parallel, they were developing a new Neurodiversity Training program to serve as their core income stream, and needed help designing professional training assets and newsletter communications for an audience of 8,000+ subscribers.

The Solution

We delivered a scalable hosting setup and implemented structured systems for event registration, email automation, and analytics tracking. Accessibility was prioritized throughout — ensuring that systems were ADHD-friendly and intuitive for low-tech users, including trustees and volunteers. We provided hands-on training to empower their team to manage the tools independently.

For the Neurodiversity Training program, we designed pitch decks and engaging training materials tailored for corporate clients — positioning it as a sustainable revenue stream. Additionally, we redesigned their monthly newsletter with clear, accessible layouts and ADHD-aware content strategy, fostering better engagement across their growing subscriber base.

The Impact

ADHD Aware now operates on a stable, easy-to-manage digital foundation — supporting 495K+ annual visitors, 2.2K+ individuals across 75+ sessions, and a fast-growing email list. Our data analysis helped the team secure funding from The National Lottery and other sources. The new corporate training materials are unlocking new income opportunities, while the redesigned newsletter has improved communication with their community. Most importantly, their internal systems are now easier for non-technical volunteers to manage, allowing the team to focus on what they do best: supporting lives impacted by ADHD.
