Our Terms of Service outline the agreement between us and our clients, establishing clear expectations around deliverables, payments, intellectual property, and responsibilities. These terms are designed to protect both parties and support smooth collaboration throughout every creative project.
Service Scope
Noran Design provides digital product design, branding, web development, and creative consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project are defined in individual agreements or proposals.
Project Terms
All one-off projects require a signed agreement and a 50% upfront deposit prior to commencement. Deliverables and milestones will be clearly outlined in the project agreement.
For recurring or ongoing services (such as retainers, subscriptions, or long-term engagements), fees will be billed either monthly or annually in advance, as specified in the agreement.
Any changes to the agreed scope must be approved in writing and may result in revised fees and timelines.
Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of their original materials and final approved deliverables upon full payment of all project fees. Noran Design retains the rights to unused concepts and the right to display completed work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment Structure
Project fees are specified in individual agreements. Final payment is due before the release of final files or deliverables. Any additional costs related to third-party services, expedited timelines, or scope changes will be billed separately.
Timeline & Communication
Project timelines are established within each agreement. Our standard response time during business hours is within 24 hours. Delays in feedback, approvals, or content provision from the client may impact project completion dates.
Confidentiality
Noran Design treats all client information as confidential and applies appropriate data protection and security measures. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) can be provided upon request.
Termination Rights
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment for all completed work up to the termination date. Kill fees may apply as outlined in the project agreement.
Liability
All services are provided “as is” without guarantees of specific outcomes. Noran Design’s liability is limited to the total fees paid for the project. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
