Noran Design’s multilingual booklets for Kcymaerxthaere are showcased at Hard to Put Into Words, an immersive public art exhibition at 2413 Hyperion in Los Angeles.

We are delighted to share that our work for Kcymaerxthaere, one of the most imaginative public art projects in the world, was recently featured in the exhibition Hard to Put Into Words at 2413 Hyperion in Los Angeles.
Our Work for Kcymaerxthaere
Since 2021, we have designed and produced over 500 pages of multilingual booklets in more than 26 languages, from Arabic to Japanese. Each edition has been crafted with cultural care, right-to-left (RTL) and left-to-right (LTR) typography, and a focus on preserving the narrative integrity of the project. Every file is prepared for both print-on-demand and offset printing so that the story is consistent in every format.
About the Exhibition
Hard to Put Into Words was an immersive journey into the parallel world of Kcymaerxthaere, complete with a custom-built “Vinggnasium” planetarium experience, laser-etched interdimensional star maps, and an original soundtrack by composer Stephen James Taylor. Visitors could explore a skyscape from another universe and interact with installations that challenged the limits of imagination.
Our booklets and covers were displayed alongside these artworks, showing how design can serve as a bridge between languages, cultures, and entire worlds, real or imagined.
Gratitude and Looking Forward
Working on Kcymaerxthaere has been an ongoing creative relationship. It is not only about technical precision in multilingual design, but also about respecting the unique voice of the project in every translation. For us, it is a reminder that design is storytelling in another form, one that can travel across borders.
We are grateful to Eames Demetrios and the entire Kcymaerxthaere team for trusting us with such an important part of their vision. It is an honour to see our work alongside the incredible art and installations that bring this world to life. We look forward to contributing to its journey and helping its stories reach even more people, in even more languages, across the globe!

Why Investing in a Design Audit Can Cut Your Marketing Costs
A design audit can create opportunities to improve quality while reducing waste.
Many organisations think of design as an expense rather than an investment. Yet when design is inconsistent or inefficient, the cost is far higher than it appears. A design audit can reveal those hidden costs and create opportunities to improve quality while reducing waste.
