ChatDaddy, a workflow automation company based in Hong Kong, providing interactive chatbot workflow automation platform helping client improved their ability to serve the end user in a timely and efficient manner, they required a holistic approach to redesign their workflow and product development process. They needed a system that could accommodate their growing customer base and diverse product lines.
Challenges
Their primary challenges included fragmented internal communication, inefficient development processes, and a lack of a standardised design system. These issues hindered ChatDaddy's ability to scale up effectively.
